8th July 2012 - Greenhills "Foundation Residents" party at Summer Salt restaurant
1st June 2012 - SOLD Lot 158 is officially ours
19th March 2012 - Our land is registered with settlement planned for 1 June
19th Oct 2011 - Stamp duty paid
6th Sept 2011 - "After exchange" letter recevied
13th Aug 2011 - The day we go to the Greenhills office to pick our block & sign the contract
